We’ll kick off the weekend with an engaging evening reception that brings together women and gender-diverse trades workers alongside key stakeholders and industry partners. The night blends connection and conversation with interactive engagement sessions, a workwear and PPE fashion show, and time to explore exhibitors. It’s a welcoming introduction, complete with a dinner buffet and opportunities to network and settle in.

Experience a full, high-impact conference day centered on growth, confidence, and connection. Through a mix of keynotes, interactive workshops, and honest panel conversations, the day explores authenticity, leadership, and what it means to take space in the skilled trades and STEAM. With opportunities to engage in mentorship, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, participants gain practical tools and meaningful insight to support their next steps.
