When do we hire?
We hire peer tutors in the spring for the upcoming academic year (Fall and Winter terms) to provide drop-in support to students at four campuses and writing support at the Burnaby Campus Library.
What are peer tutors?
Tutors are student employees in at least the second year of their program who have strong grades and enjoy helping others learn.
Peer tutors
Peer tutors help students understand course concepts and develop learning skills for their courses.
Writing tutors
Writing tutors help students plan, organize, write, and revise their assignments, and can answer questions about citations and language use.
