The Forge: Building Mental Wellness in the Trades

November 7 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm PST

Join the ConnectHER Hub for an inspiring conversation about mental health and peer support in the trades.

We’re welcoming The Forge, a peer-led initiative by the Construction Foundation of BC created by tradespeople, for tradespeople to tackle the skilled trades’ mental health crisis.

Hear from Jennie Nadeau as she shares her recovery journey and introduces the support The Forge offers to build trust, reduce stigma, and strengthen workplace wellness.

In the trades, you never work alone — and mental health should be no different.

Come for:

  • Snacks & refreshments
  • A draw for a Milwaukee Drill Set
  • Real talk about mental health and peer support in the trades
