International Orientation - New to Canada Workshop

This interactive in-person workshop is part of our fall 2025 International Orientation series and will introduce and explore topics about Canada, navigating life in Vancouver, and about Canadian culture. The content in this workshop is designed for newcomers and new international students who have recently arrived in Canada.
Workshop location is Townsquare A/B in building SE-02 at the Burnaby campus.
Topics include:
- Canadian geography and history
- Pop culture, food, and music
- Guide and tips on living in Vancouver and BC
- Budgeting, tipping, and must-know Canadianisms
