This is an opportunity for newcomers to learn about Canadian culture and practice speaking English in a fun, informal, and supportive environment.

Enjoy interactive conversation activities and games designed to help you build confidence and improve your communication skills. You’ll also learn useful idioms, slang, and everyday expressions that will help you navigate life in Canada. Open to all BCIT domestic and international students.

This activity is held at BCIT’s downtown campus (2nd floor Computer Lab – Room 261).
