Program Information:
Cabinetmaking Apprenticeship program is four years in duration. The program is designed so that comprehensive instructions are followed by a series of assignments and practical projects to give you the opportunity to hone your skills. Each level of apprenticeship training builds on the skills and knowledge you acquired in your previous training.
Cabinetmaking Foundation is a 25-week full-time program preparing students for entry-level employment in the cabinetmaker trade. Basic theory and related information along with hands-on shop practice enable students to become competent in basic interior woodworking tasks. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive credit for their level one apprenticeship.
