Course Overview
In this workshop, learners will explore professional feedback systems and will review 360-degree reviews, discuss the benefits to self and others of the peer review process, complete a 360-degree assessment with their students and peers, and provide a written self-assessment on the outcomes. Examples of 360-degree reviews used at BCIT will also be discussed (e.g. FSA Performance Development System and GEU end-of-course survey model).
