• Student Readiness and Success: What strategies and supports can we implement to better prepare students for success in our programs, addressing skill gaps and ensuring they are ready to learn and thrive?
•  Excellence in Teaching and Professional Development: What resources, professional development opportunities and institutional supports do you need to enhance your teaching, stay current in your field, and feel engaged and valued in your role?
• Equity and Integrity in Learning: How can we foster fairness, integrity, and inclusivity in assessments and learning environments while accommodating diverse student needs?
• Applied Learning in the Digital Era: How can we strengthen hands-on, experiential learning through digital tools while maintaining BCIT’s reputation for excellence in applied education?
