The International Ecological Footprint Learning Lab (IEFLL) hosted a live webinar on January 21, 2026, titled Institutional Scaling of Ecological Footprint and Biocapacity. The event explored how ecological footprint and biocapacity accounting can be applied at the scale of universities and other institutions. BCIT’s Dr. Jennie Moore shared her research findings on the ecological footprint of the Burnaby campus.
Speakers also included Eric Miller and Kiona Lo (York University), Hemanthi Ranasinghe, Ph.D. (University of Sri Jayewardenepura) and was moderated by Peri Dworatzek.
