Christina Olsen of the Centre for Ecocities is on the Summit’s Academic Advisory Committee and will be exploring ways to involve and showcase BCIT and its expertise.
The pioneer global conference on sustainable cities, Ecocity World Summit brings together urban stakeholders from across the globe to focus on key actions cities and citizens can take to rebuild our human habitat in balance with living systems. BCIT hosted the 2019 Ecocity World Summit of which the Centre for Ecocities is a legacy.
The theme for 2023 is Connecting Communities – investigating the critical role of collaboration in creating sustainable cities of the future.
