International Credential Evaluation Service has made the online application available again and is open to receiving requests for evaluations both online and by mail. The Covid-19 pandemic will certainly affect business operations including disruptions in mail services in many countries (see below). We understand that applicants may experience difficulty in requisitioning official educational documents as many mail systems around the world have been disrupted. Please note that all document requirements remain the same without exception.
Disrupted mail service
The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted mail service both outgoing and incoming to many countries throughout the world. Some countries have suspended mail service altogether whereas in other areas it might be significantly delayed. ICES is not able to provide estimated delivery times for mail. If that is what you require, you may wish to contact your local postal service.

- Courier service is also impacted. Again, in some cases it has been suspended completely and in other cases there are severe delays. Also due to social distancing measures, there may be no signature requested at the time of delivery. For Domestic courier, please see the UPS services alerts.
