ICES offers an AI-powered chatbot to assist with questions about our services. This chatbot is an experimental tool that uses large language model (LLM) technology and has been trained on our public website content. We are continuously working to improve its accuracy and usefulness. Please keep the following in mind:

  • Experimental nature and accuracy: As this technology is still evolving, the chatbot’s responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. We encourage you to verify critical information on our website or by contacting us directly.
  • Your privacy and security: Your conversations with the chatbot may be recorded for quality control and to improve our services. To protect your privacy, do not share any personally-identifying information, such as names, client numbers, email addresses, or financial data. This chatbot does not have access to private records and cannot check application status.
  • Not a substitute for human assistance: This chatbot is for informational purposes only. It is not a decision-making tool, and its responses should not be considered professional advice. For assistance with personal account issues or complex inquiries, please contact ICES directly.
  • Limitations and liability: The chatbot may misinterpret questions or provide unexpected answers due to its technical limitations. ICES and BCIT are not liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the chatbot or for any decisions you make based on its responses. You can review our Privacy Policy and our Copyright and Privacy pages for more information.
