ICES hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday except Statutory Holidays in Canada and the Province of British Columbia. As mentioned above, the ICES office can only be contact from 8:30am - 12:00pm.

Directions to ICES

If you would like an ICES Application Form to complete before coming to ICES to drop off your educational documents for evaluation, this is available on our website and can also be mailed or faxed to you.

ICES services are available at two BC Institute of Technology campuses, in Burnaby and Vancouver:

• At the Burnaby campus, please visit Student Information and Enrollment Services (SIES), in building SW1 on the first floor at the northwest corner.
• At the campus in downtown Vancouver, please visit Student Information and Enrollment Services (SIES) on the second floor.
• Please note that Student Information and Enrollment Services can only provide general information about ICES and primarily offer services for document drop-off and payment only. All specific inquiries should be directed to ICES, please see how and when you can contact the office above.
