You will be able to log in on the start date of your course - not before.

Where is my course?

You can access your course two ways:

  1. Through the online learning log in page via myBCIT.
    myBCIT is the best way to access your online course. After you log in, click on the myCourses tab and click on the title of your course. If you do not see any content, you should contact your instructor directly. [top]
  2. Through the D2L direct access page, http://www.bcit.ca/learn; use your myBCIT ID and password.

How do I get more help?

BCIT's online learning environment, Desire2Learn, is supported by the Technology Service Desk, a service jointly maintained and administered by Educational Technology Support and IT Services. If you're having trouble here's our contact information.

Online course support is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. Hours are extended to 7:30pm during the first 2 weeks of term start.
