The School of Construction and the Environment is concerned with the natural environment, the built environment and the relationship between them.
As the leading contributor of trades, engineering, and applied and natural sciences professionals in the province of British Columbia, the School offers over 90 full-time / flexible learning programs, nearly 300 flexible learning courses, microcredentials, customized training and applied research from where you will gain the knowledge and skills to address the issues of today while planning for tomorrow.

BCIT’s School of Construction and the Environment offers group training to corporations and organizations, locally and beyond. Our training is designed around existing part-time studies courses and full-time trades programs, which may be delivered as-is, or customized to meet your specific training needs. Training can be delivered daytime or evening, in-person or online, on a schedule and at a location that works for your organization. We are also incorporating virtual platforms into our training solutions to help meet the current health guidelines.
