The Housing department is here to help you find a convenient, affordable and comfortable place to live while you study at BCIT. Part of the Student Services division, our office is located in SW-11, Salish House, in Maquinna Residence.

On-campus Housing

If you are enrolled in a full-time program (four months in duration or longer), you are eligible to apply for long-stay housing in residence. If you are enrolled in a short term or apprentice training program (of up to four months), you are eligible to apply for short-stay housing in residence.

Off-campus Housing

If you prefer to live off campus, BCIT, in partnership with The My Ideal Home Network and Offcampushousing101.com, provides you with free Internet access to comprehensive listings of accommodation available in the community. Landlords can place their accommodation listings for a nominal charge. In addition, the Housing Office maintains a list of landlords who specifically want BCIT short-stay/apprentice students as tenants.
