returns

Please read before you buy.

Returns are restricted. Please purchase course materials only if you are certain you require them. It's recommended you attend your classes first or check with an instructor prior to your purchase.

Once you purchase course materials, check for print flaws or missing package components. If you purchased used course materials, they are returnable too, but you must meet the requirements below (the exception being 'new condition' as used books often show signs of use). Please do any browsing or reviewing prior to purchase. If you're unsure if you need the course materials, please don't buy.

Return Parameters:

• A Return is allowable only if:
• the course materials are required
• the materials are in new condition (no marks or damage)
• the course is cancelled or you withdraw
• its been less than two weeks since purchase 
• you have the original receipt
• The following items are final sale - no exceptions:
• software or BCIT lab manuals
• Go-Prepaid (Digital Access Codes)
• general merchandise/supplies
• course notes
• reference books
• opened 3-hole-punched materials.

Online customers

Return policy applies to all Web/Mail orders. Please call Customer Service before sending back any items purchased online.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Costs associated with shipment returns are the customer's responsibility.
