About the ITS Knowledge Base
The ITS Knowledge Base is where BCIT IT Services keeps help and how-to documentation for our supported technologies.
To access further support, there are several options:
- Use the IT Service Catalogue to submit a request for assistance through online forms.
- Call 604-412-7444 (option #1 for general IT help, option #2 for The Learning Hub support, option #3 for audio-visual support)
- Fill out our easy-to-use form to request IT support.
Hours of operation vary throughout the year and between support teams.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is now being enforced for all students
MFA is now mandatory for all students. All students must register at least one MFA method to ensure access.
Important: The Learning Hub is being added to the list of BCIT systems which require MFA on February 27, 2024.
