A CIDA accredited degree program focusing on residential design, concept and theory development, space planning, sustainability, visual and written communication skills.
After the third year, students have the option of doing a 12-month work term placement which commences in September.
During their studies, students may apply for a student membership with the Interior Designers Institute of BC (IDIBC)
On completion of the program
Graduates may work in the field of residential and commercial design with interior or architectural design firms. Having completed their degree, graduates can become a Registered Interior Designer.
