    • 13,192 square-metre (142,000 square-foot) building
    • Modern shop with Caterpillar and John Deere equipment
    • 109-tonne (120-ton) MAN Engine
    • Hydraulics learning lab
    • Classrooms
    • Student lounge
    • Emission Reduction and Research Test Hub (ERRTH)
    • Secure industrial railway yard
    • Warehouse and yard with loading dock, ramp and racking
