My requisition/PO doesn't show up in FOIDOCH/Banner

It is most likely is that your requisition has not been entered into Banner - it may be in transit or awaiting entry into Banner, however, confirm you are entering the document code correctly, complete with the "R" prefix. If this is not the problem, your requisition may have been entered with a letter at the end (example: R123456A or R123456B)-this may be due to duplicate requisition numbers or if Purchasing needs to re-enter the requisition.

Note: The document code for a PO number is a letter "P" followed by 7 numbers (example: P0012345, not PO012345, not POO12345).

The document code for a requisition is a letter "R" followed by 6 numbers (example: R123456). The requisition may have a letter at the end (example: R123456A or R123456B)-this may be due to duplicate requisition numbers or if Purchasing needs to re-enter the requisition.

I clicked on a link or button by mistake and it brought me to a screen I've never seen before. How do I get back?

Most often, when you click on a link in the Options frame and it brings you somewhere you've never been before, you've gone to a new form. To get back, use EXIT.

If you clicked on the FLASHLIGHT icon, this brought you to a search form-if you didn't want to go there, or couldn't find what you were looking for, use EXIT (sometimes you may have to exit twice-once to exit the query, then again to exit the form).
