Returns
When goods are received damaged or incorrect, fill out a Return of Goods Form [PDF]. Return goods in original packaging together with the Returns Form to Logistics or arrange for pickup through Distribution.
Repairs
If the repair is covered under warranty, complete a Returns of Goods Form [PDF] and forward the goods and form to Logistics. Where a repair would incur a cost, complete a requisition with details of the repair required and forward to purchasing. Indicate clearly that it is a repair. Strategic Procurement may request that you forward the goods/equipment to Logistics.
Multi-Function Devices There should be a 1-888 number on the unit’s front panel. You will need to reference the identification number (also located on the front panel). Should you encounter any difficulties with service vendor, please contact Imaging.
