When goods are received damaged or incorrect, fill out a Return of Goods Form [PDF]. Return goods in original packaging together with the Returns Form to Central Stores or arrange for pickup through Distribution.
If the repair is covered under warranty, complete a Returns of Goods Form [PDF] and forward the goods and form to Logistics. Where a repair would incur a cost, complete a requisition with details of the repair required and forward to purchasing. Indicate clearly that it is a repair. Purchasing may request that you forward the goods/equipment to Logistics.
