Technology Management Part-time Studies Course

Course Details

This course provides participants with diverse opportunities to expand and strengthen their business writing skills across a variety of communications platforms. With an emphasis on effective writing strategies, students will understand the importance of meeting their audience’s needs through numerous mediums including online discussion forums, emails, a technical report work plan, digital infographic, and the major components of a formal proposal.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • apply writing strategies to build relationships with diverse audiences around the world
  • select the appropriate communications medium to achieve desired results
  • write and design effective business and technical communications that reflect professionalism and industry best-practices
