Focuses on the importance of the customer. As a continuation of International Trade 1 (TDMT 1104), the student will be exposed to the comprehensive planning necessary for international markets. Topics include ownership, marketing, transportation, technology transfer and intercompany linkage strategies.
Identify those activities that are required to successfully analyze an industry in a foreign environment. 2. Analyze and evaluate the external influences on an organization in a foreign environment. 3. Identify and define the external influence impact on the internal strategy decisions of an organization. 4. Evaluate political and cultural dynamics before entering a business market 5. Develop a situation analysis/market report/strategic plan. 6. Deliver effective oral/visual presentation of information. ***No late registratons allowed.***
