This is a Re-registration section for students who did not complete the GUI section in the previous term and require this one-time re-registration to complete. This NSSC section is an independent study. Please contact the Program Head in the appropriate specialty for information and approval to register.
As licensed health care practitioners, all learners will practice in accordance with professional standards of practice throughout the course. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to:
Establish a specific area for study related to your area of practice.
Determine realistic and tangible course goals.
Collaboratively engage with the course instructor to develop a learning contract which includes appropriate learning strategies.
Determine suitable evaluation strategies in collaboration with the course instructor.
Complete all aspects of the learning contract including the evaluation strategies.
Demonstrate critical reflective thinking, professionalism, and scholarly writing in course activities.
