An audit determines whether an organization's activities and related results comply with planned arrangements to deliver customer, stakeholder and regulatory requirements. A Quality Management Systems (QMS) auditor assesses the integrity and effectiveness of an organization's management systems. The International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) has developed evaluation and certification methods that are used by auditor certification bodies worldwide. Over 1 million auditors have attend an IRCA certified course since 1984 and more than 120 countries are represented on the IRCA register. This Quality Management Systems Auditor / Lead Auditor Training Course has been developed to progress the student through a series of modules, each containing group activities with student presentation and participation. Successful completion of continuous assessment and the examination will earn a 'Certificate of Successful Completion' from Ashbrooke Quality Assurance Ltd. that satisfies the classroom training requirements for the IRCA QMS Auditor Certification Scheme. The course opens with a discussion regarding the Auditor's Code of Conduct.
