Course Details

Students will create colour presentation drawings of interior spaces and furniture. They will use markers in combination will other mediums to render plans, elevations and perspectives drawings.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Create depth through the use of line weight variation.
  • Describe form through the use of shading.
  • Combine colours to represent various building materials and textures.
  • Add dimension with the use of shadow, highlights, and reflections.
  • Create one and two point perspectives using various drawing mediums.
  • Create freehand sketches of interiors and/or furniture.
  • Employ various mediums to enhance presentation techniques.
