Measuring and reporting on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance is at the heart of sustainable business and necessary in modern, global business. This course introduces students to accounting and finance concepts and emphasizes the differences between a traditional business and sustainable business practice. The course covers how an organization measures and reports on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and how sustainability can be incorporated into financial practices such as investing, banking and financing.
