The Performance Management process ensures that the employee and the organization are focused on the same priorities, while developing each individual to their fullest potential. This workshop will address setting performance expectations, providing developmental guidance and feedback to enable employees to meet those expectations, and defining employee expectations through the use of competencies.

Upon successful completion of the workshop, the participant will be able to:
Define performance management.
Understand the performance management process and the tools available to support it.
Identify employee expectations.
Discuss effective goal-setting.
Develop a performance plan.
