Course Details
In this course, students learn to install, configure, manage, and support an Active Directory (AD) network infrastructure using the Microsoft server 2016 platform. Course topics include upgrading and migrating Windows Servers, Domain Controllers, Group Policy objects, Certificate Services, Federation Services, Web Application Proxy, and Active Directory Rights Management Services. Practical lab exercises support the theory presented in class.
The delivery format for this course has changed from in-person/in-class to ONLINE DELIVERY. No class on Saturday, February 13th (Family Day Weekend) or on Saturday, April 3rd (Easter Weekend). Due to the condensed format of this course, late registration is not permitted. It is strongly recommended that students attend every class. This course is part of the Network Administrator Technician - Associate Certificate program and can also be taken as a stand-alone course. Configure Group Policy processing, settings, and preferences
Install and configure Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
Install and configure Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
Implement Web Application Proxy (WAP)
Install and configure Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS)
