Leading Teams is an interactive, applied workshop that covers the important factors in building teams including leadership communications skills needed in a team setting. Leading Teams also continues to build on the personal leadership skills covered in Session 1 - Leading Self.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
Describe best practices team leadership models developed by J. Kouzes, B. Posner, and P. Lencioni.
Develop an understanding of the stages of team development as described by B. Tuckman.
Develop and apply a team charter including performance ground rules and accountabilities.
Develop or refresh communications skills in the practice of giving and receiving feedback.
Acquire a technique to develop effective goal setting using SMART goals.
Describe the importance of enlisting others in achieving goals within a shared vision and shared culture.
