Course Details

Takes students beyond basic broadcast journalism training into the world of investigative journalism. Students learn how to analyze and develop research methods, interviewing, reporting techniques, story development techniques, etc.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion, the student will be able to:

  • Recognize the elements of investigative stories.
  • Access information from a wide variety of sources.
