Was your last academic term challenging? Want to feel and do better but don’t know where to start? Join ThriveBCIT, a 5-week program for students to build resilience, discover holistic learning strategies, and find purpose.
Develop a growth mindset, self-compassion, and grit, along with learning strategy essentials like time management and effective studying.
You can register for one, two, or all of the sessions! There are no requirements for you to attend a session. All identities and parts of self are welcome and honoured. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
