Designed to warm the body, lengthen the muscles while activating the core, balance and strength. Suitable for all levels of practice as no moves are advanced until the basics are mastered.

Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT)

A gentler approach to high intensity interval training, this workout offers all the same components as its higher intensity sibling. Strength training and bursts of non-jumping cardio, with elements of core, flexibility, and balance training. A great way to ease back into regular workout. Don’t confuse low-intensity with easy!

Pilates

Unite your body and mind! Stretch and strengthen your body while focusing on balance, alignment, and correct anatomical movement.  Our intermediate class is a higher pace with more complex and advanced exercises.
