Invented by a Shoalin Nun during the 16th century, Wing Chun is a practical self-defense system that uses the principles of sensitivity, redirection of force, and economy of motion. These principles make it possible to defend against an opponent who is larger and physically stronger. Flex Pass not valid.

Are you up for a more mental and physical challenge than you ever thought possible? Although fighting is not required, testing your limits will be! This class will teach you a proper stance, safety techniques, and how to wrap hands that will help you get the most out of your workout. Make sure you are ready to sweat!
