Invented by a Shaolin Nun during the 16th century, Wing Chun is a practical self-defense system that uses the principles of sensitivity, redirection of force, and economy of motion. These principles make it possible to defend against an opponent who is larger and physically stronger. Flex Pass not valid.

Boxing (drop-in or class)
Are you up for a more mental and physical challenge than you ever thought possible? Come practice the sweet science of boxing! This intense 60 minute class incorporates boxing fundamentals such as: bag work, mitt work, skills, drills and fitness exercises. No experience is required to participate. Make sure you are ready to sweat!
