Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day. All of these classes are free for BCIT students/staff and are on a first-come, first-served basis. You must check in at the front desk and get your activity token to attend any of our Group Fitness classes. You must register online for any virtual fitness classes.
Monday – Cardio/Weights
Based off High Intensity Interval Training principals, this class is a perfect 50/50 blend of cardio and weight training intervals. Cardio 50% Strength 50%.
Tuesday – Definition
Total body strength workout that focuses on building functional movement patterns using traditional strength-training, compound exercises, and a variety of equipment. Tone and define your muscles with this non-cardio format.
Wednesday – Stretch therapy (online)
Help improve posture and alleviate tight and over stressed muscles with this 40 minute stretch rehabilitation focused class.
Thursday – Spin
A quick 40 minute spin class to sculpt the legs and get your cardio in.
Friday – Cardio/Weights (online)
Based off High Intensity Interval Training principals, this class is a perfect 50/50 blend of cardio and weight training intervals. Dumbbells or any household items work (canned food items, broomsticks or your pet) Cardio 50% Strength 50%.
Group Fitness Public Pass
Public Members can purchase a Group Fitness Public Pass to take part in our Group Fitness program. You can purchase this pass at the front desk in SE-16.
