Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day.

Monday – quick cycle

A quick 40 minute spin class to sculpt the legs and get your cardio in.

Tuesday – power training

This class is 80% resistance training using weights, kettlebells, and resistance bands with light cardio.

Wednesday – high intensity interval training (HIIT)

A specific timed work to rest ratio that maximizes fat loss and muscle conditioning .

Thursday – quick cycle

A quick 40 minute spin class to sculpt the legs and get your cardio in.

Friday – stretch therapy

Help improve posture and alleviate tight and over stressed muscles with this 40 minute stretch rehabilitation focused class.

Flex Passes can be used to mix and match classes.  **Flex Passes expire one year from date of purchase
