Group Fitness Package

Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day.

Monday - Cardio Strength

This whole-body class combines intervals of cardio with weights (50/50).

Tuesday - Definition

This class is 80% resistance training using weights, kettlebells, and resistance bands with light cardio.

Wednesday - Step Class

This traditional mid-level step combination class is super fun and all cardio.

Thursday - Strength and Tone

This class is 100% weights, kettlebells, and resistance. Get strong and defined.

Friday - Core Control

This class is mixed with Pilates and core exercises designed to tighten and strengthen the mid-section and lower back.
