Group Fitness Package

Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day.

Monday - Quick Cycle

A quick 40 minute spin class to sculpt the legs and get your cardio in.

Tuesday - Power Training

This class is 80% resistance training using weights, kettlebells, and resistance bands with light cardio.

Wednesday - Athletic Intervals

Metabolic training meets HIIT meets circuit training.  This station-based class offers functional, compound, intense cardio, and strength exercises.  Move around the room from station to station performing quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, active recovery periods.  This format builds cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and core strength.

Thursday - Quick Cycle

A quick 40 minute spin class to sculpt the legs and get your cardio in.

Friday - Core Control

This class is mixed with Pilates and core exercises designed to tighten and strengthen the mid-section and lower back.

Flex Passes can be used to mix and match classes.  **Flex Passes expire one year from date of purchase
