Wake up your body and get whipped into shape! This class involves interval training, which will get you going for the day! It will have you jumping, pushing, and pulling while incorporating functional movements. Fight fat, combat fatigue and get out of your comfort zone!

  • Cross-Train Challenge (CTC)

    CTC is a gritty, sweaty, full-body workout that will take your fitness to the next level. Strength, endurance, resistance, and functionality are all addressed.

    TRX 1

    A class focused on mobility and multi-joint exercises using the TRX to get fit and burn fat. Train yourself to be stronger and more mobile in a supportive and fun group setting. Perfect for beginners and always challenging for those with TRX experience alike. Learn functional patterns while strengthening the whole body. Spots are limited to 22 on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • TRX 2

    This class focuses on each muscle group individually. A perfect way to get very strong and very toned. The class is perfect for beginners and advanced TRX users as you chose the intensity. The class format never changes but it is always fun and challenging. With 1-2 minutes of strength work and 30 second breaks in between, you're sure to notice fast and effective results in the muscles, core, and joints!

  • Cycle Sprint

    This is more of a traditional road cycle class designed to mimic challenging and solid rides based on outdoor cycle training. With timed intervals and set structure routes, you're sure to notice vast improvements to your cardio, fitness, and leg strength. With challenging goals such as RPM and cadence targets, heart rate, and seated hill intervals you can track your progress with our new Keiser Mi3 onboard monitors! Download the app on your smartphone to stay motivated and engaged. This class is Wheelchair accessible so everyone can participate.

  • Cycle House

    This is highly energetic class is dark and follows the beat of the music. Think dancing at a night club but on a spin bike. With laser lights, black lights, and heavy beats, you'll be having fun, dancing, sweating and burning up to 700 calories in one hour. The Mi3 Keiser app (available on all smart phones) lets you track your progress, set your own target goals, challenge your friends and stay motivated.

  • Ladies Who Lift

    This women's only small personal training session is for all women who are new to weight training or want to advance their current program and get results. If you want to gain confidence and execute perfect lifting technique specific for women, this program is for you.
