Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Explain how different domestic and export markets are when it comes to selling lumber, and highlighting the importance of both
- Explain external factors impacting the sale of lumber and associated risks (political, economic, etc.)
- Highlight some emerging trends for the lumber industry – different applications for lumber that will continue to build our business
