Faculty & Staff :: Course Reserves

Faculty may place materials such as library owned books, photocopied articles, exams, media, and their own material in the Reserve collection. Loan periods range from 3 hours to one week. Faculty owned material will be subject to library labeling. Please submit requests early as new books purchases for the Reserve Collection take from 6-8 weeks.

To place items on reserve, print and complete a Reserve Material Request Form [pdf, 14 kb], also available from the Service Desk of your Campus Library. Submit it, together with selected material, to the Service Desk. Once the material is available for circulation your students will be able to locate your course reserves either by Instructor Name or by Course name and code, e.g. COMM 3200 in the Library Catalogue.
