Beginning September 2019, we will pilot a new chat support service that will be available during our extended hours support times. Visit chat.bcit.ca to start a session during the following hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: 5:30p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30a.m.
Our regular hours for phone and email support will remain the same. For assistance via phone, please call the IT Service Desk at 604-412-7444 option 1. For assistance outside of these hours, please email us at email@example.com or submit a request through techhelp.bcit.ca.
