Pilot of New Extended Chat Hours Support Service

We are piloting a new Extended Hours Chat Support Service at the IT Service Desk !

Beginning September 2019, we will pilot a new chat support service that will be available during our extended hours support times. Visit chat.bcit.ca to start a session during the following hours of operation:

Day of week Hours
Monday to Friday 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Our regular hours for phone and email support will remain the same. For assistance via phone, please call the IT Service Desk at 604-412-7444 option 1. For assistance outside of these hours, please email us at techhelp@bcit.ca or submit a request through techhelp.bcit.ca.
