Limited reserved parking is provided, at an additional cost, in the residence parking lot. Only vehicles with a residence permit may park in the reserved spaces and is not transferable to use in other BCIT parking lots.

Parking of recreational vehicles, motor homes or any unlicensed vehicle is not permitted in the Maquinna Residence parking lot.

More information regarding applying for residence parking will be included in the residence acceptance package.

If you have a motorcycle, you may park in the motorcycle enclosure adjacent to the parking lot without a permit. This area is not covered and is first-come, first-served.

If the residence reserved parking is full, you may also purchase parking permits for any of the BCIT student lots. BCIT Parking Services has also partnered with car2go for its on-campus car share program. This program provides all the benefits of having a vehicle without actually having to own one. Please visit the BCIT Parking Service website for more information about parking permits and this program.
