Can I move-out any time I want?

Your residence contract is a month to month contract. This means you need to give one month’s notice, on the first day of a month, if you are going to vacate your room.

What if I drop out of school or fail?

You can only live in the residence if you are going to school full time. If you drop out or fail you will be required to move out. In this case you would not have to give one month’s notice to vacate.

What appliances do I need to bring?

Microwaves, fridges and stoves are supplied.  You supply anything else you think you might need, like a kettle or toaster.  But it’s always a good idea to wait until you get here and see if you can share with your roommates. Every suite doesn’t need 12 toasters!
