Canada Patient Safety Week
annually, last event was held October 24-26th, 2016

The theme for Canada Patient Safety Week 2016 was "Ask, Listen and Talk". In Canada, an estimated 30,000 patients die from preventable incidences or medical errors each year. To raise awareness of patient safety, October 24 and 25th School of Health Sciences hosted its semi-annual patient safety workshops for students and faculty (SE2 – TSQ A+B).
