Anne Marie Webb-Hughes
Anne Marie Webb-Hughes is a faculty member of BCIT. Since 1996, she has contributed to the Institute as a first year coordinator and instructor in the disciplines of marketing management, advertising communications, sales, research and entrepreneurial skills training. She is currently teaching e-marketing in the Information Technology Department.
Anne Marie has 20 years experience in retail management, having achieved the levels of general manager, director of marketing and vice-president of stores for Canadian retail corporations. She has lead creative teams to win the International R.A.C. award for "Best Magalogue" and the Canadian Creative award for "Best Newspaper Campaign".

Anne Marie has always believed in the health of education and the communtiy life at BCIT. Since 1978 as a graduate of Marketing, she has contributed to the Alumni Association, the American Marketing Association as a faculty advisor, the Faculty and Staff Association and the Open House Committees for 2004 and now 2006. She has won the award of Excellence in Teaching at BCIT and has been nominated for the same award for several years.
Equally important is her extensive family in BC and abroad, as well as hobbies of skiing, travelling and motor bike touring.
