Anna Aibin

Ania (Anna) Aibin completed her BSN at Langara College in December 2010. She was employed on a Surgical Unit at Surrey Memorial Hospital, where she took on a mentorship role, gained valuable work experience and insight into the logistical and organizational aspects of nursing and healthcare. Ania yearned for a challenge and completed her High Acuity Certificate at BCIT in 2012. Since then, she has been working on a fast-paced High Acuity Unit at Royal Columbian Hospital, taking on different roles as a charge nurse, mentor for new staff, and fit tester. In 2016, Ania finished her MSN, with a teaching focus, at Athabasca University. Recently, she has been teaching Basic Life Support through the Heart and Stroke Foundation, and has joined the BSN program at BCIT as an instructor
