Vasco Castela is the Vice-Commodore at Club Locarno, at the Jericho Sailing Centre. Club Locarno is a not-for-profit association run by volunteers. He also enjoys paddleboarding, kayaking, tennis, windsurfing, hiking, camping, climbing and photography.
