Areas of specialization: I led all projects focused on enhancing gene targeting and expression for Chromos' Artificial Chromosome Expression (ACE) system, which was subsequently acquired by Glaxo-Smith Kline in 2007. I also engineered "user-friendly"expression and ACE loading vectors and generated a production cell line for a therapeutic monoclonal antibody, now in clinical development.
